RETURNS
If you are not happy with your order you can return it for a refund providing it has not been worn and is still in new condition

Browbands – Browbands are made to order in your chosen size so please measure your existing browband to ensure you order the correct length. Standard pony/cob/full sizes vary with different manufacturers so it is always best to measure the actual length. If you do order the wrong size you can exchange it providing it hasn’t been worn and subject to paying £4 for the postage of your replacement browband.

Sweet itch – if your order does not fit please remove straight away and return it so we can either alter it or make a replacement.

The buyer is responsible for the postage costs of returning an order and original postage costs are not refundable.

Custom orders are not returnable. International orders are not returnable
